2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or product unavailability.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
4. Handmade Products
Every Sarah Furever item is individually handmade to order.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in fabric placement, stitching and finishing may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of each item and are not considered faults.
We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
5. Custom Orders
Custom and personalised items are made specifically to your requirements.
Please ensure all measurements, names, colours and personalisation details are correct before placing your order.
Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.
Unless faulty, custom-made and personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Processing & Delivery
All products are made to order unless otherwise stated.
Estimated processing and delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, industrial action or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Customs & Import Charges
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other local charges that may apply.
Sarah Furever is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

9. Intellectual Property
All photographs, product designs, sewing patterns, artwork, logos, text and other content on this website are the intellectual property of Sarah Furever unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used without prior written permission.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may interfere with the operation, security or functionality of the website.

We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update information or cancel orders where necessary. If this affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
12. Limitation of Liability & Product Safety
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Our products are designed as fashion accessories for dogs. They are not intended as safety equipment, restraint devices, or protective equipment.
It is the owner's responsibility to ensure each product is correctly fitted, suitable for their dog, and inspected regularly for signs of wear or damage. If any part becomes worn, damaged or loose, the product should be discontinued immediately.
Dogs should never be left unattended while wearing any accessory.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarah Furever shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage resulting from improper use, misuse, incorrect fitting, failure to inspect the product, normal wear and tear, or failure to supervise a dog while using our products.
Our total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
