How long it takes for my order to be ready for delivery

All our products are handmade to order from start to finish in my homey studio in London. Our current processing time is around 1-2 weeks.

What is your returns policy 

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, should you wish to return your purchase you will receive a refund when returning your order within 30 days upon receipt of purchase.

All orders returned in full within the first 14 days after receipt of purchase will have the delivery charge refunded but not the postage on returns. If you paid for upgraded shipping ,only the standard postage will be refunded.

To obtain a full refund please return the goods in the original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value 

How to return

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.

It is entirely your choice which postal service to use when returning your order. However, we recommend a recorded delivery service for your protection and to obtain proof of postage. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse goods lost in transit.

 

My package is marked delivered, but I don't have it! Can I get a refund?
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location. Unfortunately, if the package is marked as delivered, refunds will not available. Please check with your neighbours or local post office and/or file a police report in case this happens.
