How long will it take to make my order?
Every Sarah Furever item is handmade to order from start to finish.
Our current processing time is 1–2 weeks before your order is dispatched. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Any updates will always be shown on our website.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched.
United Kingdom
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 3–5 working days
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: Next working day
International
- Royal Mail International Tracked: 7–10 working days
- FedEx International Express: 3–5 working days

Why can't I return a dog tuxedo harness?
Every dog tuxedo harness is handmade to order using the measurements you provide. Each harness is individually made to fit your dog and cannot be resold to another customer.
For this reason, dog tuxedo harnesses are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or we have made an error with your order.
If you're unsure about sizing, please get in touch before placing your order. We're always happy to help.
Can I return my order?
We hope you love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you wish to return it, then send the item back within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs.
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or we have made an error with your order:
- Dog tuxedo harnesses
- Personalised items
- Custom-made products
Who pays for return postage?
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
We recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot refund items lost during return transit.
If your return qualifies for a refund, standard outbound delivery charges will also be refunded. If you selected an upgraded shipping service, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.
My parcel is marked as delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
If your parcel is marked as delivered, please:
- Check with family members or neighbours.
- Look around your property and any designated safe place.
- Contact your local delivery office or postal carrier.
- If you believe your parcel has been stolen, report it to your local police.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a safe and secure delivery address. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for parcels confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sarahfurever.com.
We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet started.
Please note that dog tuxedo harnesses, personalised items and other custom-made products are handmade specifically for your dog or your requirements. Once production has begun, they cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We love creating bespoke pieces for weddings, special occasions and unique ideas.
If you have a custom request, please email us at info@sarahfurever.com with as much detail as possible, including your ideas, preferred colours, your dog's measurements (if applicable), and your event date. We'll be happy to discuss your project and let you know what's possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other local charges that may apply.
How do I choose the correct size?
Each product includes a detailed sizing guide.
For dog tuxedo harnesses, please measure your dog's neck base and chest girth carefully before ordering. If you're unsure which size to choose, please contact us before placing your order. We're always happy to help.
How do I care for my accessories?
To help your handmade accessories last as long as possible, we recommend spot cleaning or gentle hand washing in cold water and allowing them to air dry. Avoid tumble drying or using harsh detergents.
Are your products safe for everyday use?
Our products are designed as stylish dog accessories for everyday wear and special occasions. They are not intended as safety equipment.
Please ensure your dog's accessory is fitted correctly and inspect it regularly for signs of wear or damage. Discontinue use immediately if any part becomes worn or damaged. Dogs should never be left unattended while wearing any accessory.
