If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at We can confirm if your cancellation has been successful within 3 working days.

For personalised items, you must contact us within 24 hours since placing your order. If we have already begun making your order, you cannot cancel.

Returns and Refunds

Non personalised items

To return an item, please contact us within at within 14 days of delivery. Please allow up to 3 working days for us to get back to you to confirm the return. You must dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.

Custom or personalised items

Unfortunately, due to the nature of custom sized or personalised items – including name personalised bandanas, harnesses, collars and leashes, unless they arrived damaged or defective, we do not accept returns and refunds of these items. 

To avoid disappointment, please check our size guide prior to purchase. Please feel free to contact us at if you need any advice on size measurements.

Sale items

Please note that the purchase of sale items are final and not eligible for return unless the product is damaged or faulty.

 It is entirely your choice which postal service to use when returning your order. However, we recommend a recorded delivery service for your protection and to obtain proof of postage. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse goods lost in transit.

Conditions of returns 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
